Flat monthly, no commission (see pricing).

City fee caps: some US cities limit what delivery apps can charge. Uber's US pricing page lists cities, including New York City, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Washington, DC, where its Lite package starts at a 15% delivery fee. Check the rules where you operate.
Most US restaurants don't quit the apps. They use them for discovery and move repeat guests to a direct channel. AIOrders is built for exactly that:
Take $25,000 a month in delivery-app sales at 25% (DoorDash or Uber Eats Plus). That's $6,250 a month in commission. Move a quarter of those orders ($6,250) to direct, and you avoid about $1,560 a month in commission. AIOrders is a flat monthly fee that doesn't grow with your sales (see pricing).
