AIOrders All-in-One Printer: One Printer for Uber Eats, DoorDash, Skip and Your POS

Most restaurants have a tablet for every delivery app, and often a printer for each one. The AIOrders All-in-One Printer replaces those printers with one. This video covers what it prints, how it connects and how to set it up.

Watch on YouTube: AIOrders AllInOne Printer : One printer for every order.

What it prints

How it connects

The printer works over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and can connect up to seven tablets plus your POS, so every order from every channel prints in one place.

Connect your delivery tablets

Each delivery tablet connects from inside its own app. The notice card that comes with the printer explains how:

The card also has QR codes for the printer settings app on Android and iOS.

Auto-print with Square

This setting can only be turned on from the Square tablet, not the Square web dashboard:

  1. Tap More, then Settings, Hardware and Printers.
  2. Tap Profiles, then create a profile or select an existing one.
  3. Tap Online and kiosk order tickets and turn on Use this printer for online and kiosk order tickets.
  4. Turn on Automatically print new orders, tap back and save.

Tip from the video: use just one printer profile for online orders, on one device that stays on and connected, so tickets don't print twice.
