Orders from your website and app go straight into Clover, Toast or Square with the customer, order type and payment attached. Your team makes them like any other order.
Connect your Clover, Toast or Square account in the portal. When a guest orders on your AIOrders website or app, the order is sent to your POS automatically with its items, customer, order type and payment. Each order is sent once, and a slow or offline POS never stops the guest's order going through.
On Clover the order appears in the Orders and Register apps. On Toast it arrives as a real Toast order that fires to the kitchen and shows in Toast reports. On Square it appears as a paid order in Order Manager, and you can pull your Square menu into your online menu.
New online orders still print automatically on your printer and show in Order Hub, so nothing gets missed.
